01 Eligibility & Registration

To use Campaigns Zone, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India or an eligible country listed on the platform
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain one account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited

We reserve the right to verify your identity and suspend accounts where false information has been provided.

03 Earnings & Payouts

Earnings are credited upon confirmed conversion by the advertiser. Campaigns Zone is not liable for delayed or rejected conversions due to advertiser decisions.

• Minimum withdrawal amount and timelines are specified on the platform and subject to change
• Payouts are processed via UPI, bank transfer, or other supported methods
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected
• Tax obligations arising from your earnings are solely your responsibility

04 Referral Program

You may earn referral bonuses by inviting others to join and complete campaigns. Referral rewards are subject to:

• Referral payouts credited only upon valid conversions by referred users
• Self-referrals or fake referral schemes — result in immediate account termination
• Referral rates may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Referred users must be new to the platform and not previously registered

05 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Campaigns Zone:

• Creating multiple accounts or using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Generating fake installs, leads, or conversions through any means
• Using VPNs, emulators, or device spoofing to manipulate campaign tracking
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or device during campaign completion
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending earnings, and legal action where applicable.

06 Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or platform abuse
• Chargebacks, disputes, or payment anomalies
• Extended inactivity as defined by our internal policy

Upon termination due to a policy violation, any unpaid earnings may be forfeited.

07 Limitation of Liability

Campaigns Zone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of campaign data, or earnings outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campaigns Zone and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid out to you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

08 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.
